Support priority is given to customers of the full (non-trial) edition of Living Scenes Jigsaw Puzzles.  Support is provided for the trial edition also but only on an "as time permits" basis.  The Living Scenes support web page should be visited before sending any support requests.  The latest support related information is located there and may answer your question.
