When I use the Open button to download the weekly jigsaw puzzle it doesn't appear in the Living Scenes Jigsaw Puzzles program and I can't find it. What happened?

If the Open Puzzle window looks similar to what is shown above then the problem you are seeing is being caused by a known problem in the Internet Explorer web browser. Other symptoms include not being able to use Internet Explorer's View Source feature and not being able to save browser images in any format accept BMP (bitmaps). Presumably, Microsoft will provide a fix for the problem in a future release of Internet Explorer. Meanwhile, the solution to the Internet Explorer problem is to reduce the size of its temporary files folder. In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Settings. In the Settings window lower the value of Amount of disk space to use to 128.
